Simple yoga moves

It is common to have stiff shoulders after more than 8 hours of sitting at your work station, staring at the computer screen. I find this video very simple to follow and hope that you guys can also benefit from this. You can do this anywhere......

If you go for yoga lessons, you will notice that this stretching is part of the routine as well. Happy trying....

Of course, my ultimate fav would be to have my partner massage my shoulders...:) that works wonders too.
